I finally got off my lazy butt and decided to track down your website. I am Bezza from Australia, I have been working my way through your podcasts over the last few months. I was diagnosed in March this year with chronic depression and your podcasts are a genuine help. I just want you to know I appreciate the time and effort you have put in to them.
It's really good to get someones perspective on the issues many of us share from someone who knows from experience. Keep up the good work, you are quite an inspiration.
